Idaho Medical Marijuana Law
In 2015, the Idaho Legislature approved S1146, a bill that would protect certain seriously ill Idahoans from being convicted for possessing and using medical marijuana oils containing low amounts of THC. But, unfortunately, Governor Butch Otter vetoed the bill.
