Boise Hempfest Coming to Julia Davis Park on April 14

Boise Hempfest 2018 takes place on April 14, 2018 and Julia Davis Park. Admission is free for the educational marijuana-themed event. No marijuana or marijuana products will be available.

Consumption of marijuana and marijuana products is not permitted on the grounds of the festival, according to the Boise Hempfest website. The Boise Police Department is expected to be in attendance. Boise City Code also prohibits tobacco use in public parks.

Those wishing to be a vendor at the event must submit an application by April 1. The application fee is $30. Vendor fees vary depending on what size space and type of vendor the application is for.

Gates open at 10 a.m. and will close at 10 p.m. Speakers and entertainers will be part of the day’s festivities.
