New CBD Store Opens in Boise Town Square

Cannabis Dispensary

Idaho law still doesn’t differentiate hemp from marijuana, but that didn’t stop Gold Nugget CBD from opening up a kiosk at Boise Town Square. The kiosk opened on May 28. Customers can buy CBD-infused gummies, chocolates, tinctures, pet treats and more.

Since opening, the company has received overwhelming positive support from the local community, according to the Idaho Press. Because Idaho law strictly prohibits products that contain any amount of THC, all of the products offered at Gold Nugget CBD are THC-free.

Alan Archuleta, an employee of the kiosk, said, “To see the amount of people who come in with anxiety is surprising. It’s not something you talk about.”

The company reports that a majority of their customers are middle-age and older. Employees working the location take the necessary time to ask questions and explain how to use the CBD products. Tinctures are the most popular products sold.

Gold Nugget CBD does test their products and offers the results of those tests to anyone that asks.

On June 15, the company will have an actual store inside the mall. A store will also be opening in Meridian within a few months.
